Qualified to get off Flexpay and go into pay w/bill in mail. Went into local store. We added internet to our other phone. The agent kept mentioning how we would save money if switched to 1500 or 1000 mins but we didnt want that, we wanted only to add internet to 1+ line and switch from Flexpay; all else remains same. Now I get my bill, it is over $200!!! We were switched to 1000 mins!! Went back to store and had a hard time getting BACK onto Unlimited, agent would not admit error in switching me and said I would have to pay the whole bill or be cut off! I paid the amount that should have been billed, leaving a balance due for the calls in dispute.
My company has a discount w/AT&T and if this can not be resolved we will strongly consider cancelling our service. We have always paid & never had any problems so we do not understand the agants' unwillingness to work with us and accept their mistake.
